Diagnosis
Eyes large, DE/DO = 4.1; mesoscutum metallic dark purple, midlobe with anterior ½ metallic bluish-green and with raised and weak reticulation, posterior ½ with engraved reticulation, notauli as narrow and distinct grooves in median 1/3; scutellum metallic dark purple; forewing speculum open below. Similar to amadeus but with shorter female petiole; also similar to cupreus but with mesoscutum with anterior ½ of midlobe with raised reticulation and indistinct notauli.
